Pizza
Make the dough for a pizza base in the bread machine and then roll out, decorate and cook in a conventional oven.
Ingredients (for base)
- 140ml water
- 15ml extra virgin olive oil
- 225g white bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp dried yeast
Instructions
- Pour water and oil into bread pan
- Sprinkle flour over water to cover it
- Add salt and sugar in separate corners of the pan
- Add yeast in center of the flour
- Make in bread machine on dough setting
- When finished, roll out on floured surface and decorate
- Cook in hot oven (about 210°C) for 15-20 minutes
